For businesses
Become a FlyerTrack dispatcher
Set up an account, brief carriers, and get GPS-verified proof of every flyer drop.
Who this is for
A dispatcher is the business or team that briefs flyer carriers, hands out routes, and gets back proof of delivery with GPS tracks and timestamps. If you run a distribution agency, a print shop that delivers its own jobs, or an in-house marketing operation that sends people out with leaflets, this is the side of FlyerTrack you sign up for.
Carriers (the people walking the routes) don't sign up here — they install the FlyerTrack app and redeem a registration code that you, the dispatcher, generate for them.
What you can do as a dispatcher
- Issue route requests. Pin a starting location on a map, draw the area to be covered, attach notes and a campaign label, and assign it to a carrier. The carrier gets a push notification on their phone.
- See live progress. Once a carrier starts the route, drops and breadcrumbs sync back to your dashboard. You see the trail, the count of flyers delivered, and the area actually covered — separate from the area you originally asked for.
- Bill clients with proof. Export a PDF or spreadsheet of any route showing the GPS-verified path, per-address drops, and totals. Tag routes by client so your end-of-month invoicing matches reality.
- Manage multiple carriers and devices. Each carrier can have several phones registered. The dashboard shows which device recorded which route, which devices are active, and lets you revoke a phone when someone leaves.
- Share the workload with managers. Owner accounts can invite manager accounts with scoped permissions — for example, a foreman who can issue requests but can't see the billing tab.
How registration works
-
1
Sign up online
Click Register now below. You'll create a dispatcher account with your email and choose a password. There is a free tier (one carrier, basic features) and paid tiers that unlock multiple carriers, client billing, and managers — you can start free and upgrade later.
-
2
Set up your first carrier
Open the Carriers tab in your new dashboard and add a carrier (their display name is enough — no personal data required). Generate a registration code from the carrier's detail page; the code is short, valid for one device, and expires after a week.
-
3
The carrier installs the app
Send the code to the carrier — by SMS, email, or in person. They install FlyerTrack from the App Store or Google Play and enter the code on the connection screen. Their phone is now paired to your account; any route they record syncs to your dashboard.
-
4
Issue your first route request (optional)
From the Requests tab, pin a starting point on the map, draw the coverage area, attach notes, and assign the request to your carrier. They get a push notification, accept the route in their app, and start working. You see the result live as it happens.
What you'll need
- An email address you can receive mail at — used for sign-up confirmation and password reset.
- A name for your business as it should appear on dispatcher pages and exported reports.
- For paid tiers: a payment method (we use Stripe; cards and SEPA direct debit are supported).
- Nothing else — no tax ID, no contract, no minimum term. You can cancel from the billing screen at any time.
What it costs
The free tier is genuinely free and stays free — no credit card required, no trial that expires. Paid tiers are billed monthly and add features rather than removing them: extra carriers, multi-client billing, manager accounts, larger exports. See the pricing section on the home page for the current tiers and amounts.
Frequently asked
- I'm a carrier, not a business — do I sign up here?
- No. Carriers don't register on the website. Install the FlyerTrack app, then enter the registration code your dispatcher gave you on the connection screen. If you're working independently and want to both dispatch and carry, you can register here as a dispatcher and generate a code for your own phone.
- Can I try it before paying?
- Yes. The free tier supports one carrier and the core "record routes, view trails, export to spreadsheet" workflow with no time limit. Upgrade only when you need a second carrier or client-facing features.
- Is my data exported anywhere?
- No. Route data is processed only to deliver the dispatcher service and surface it back to you. We don't sell or share location data with third parties for their own purposes. See the privacy policy for the detailed answer.
- Where is the data hosted?
- Servers are operated by Desatec Systems GmbH from a German hosting provider, under EU GDPR. The dispatcher's data, the carrier's route history, and any client records all live in the same EU jurisdiction.
- Can I delete my account later?
- Yes, from Settings → Account in the dispatcher dashboard. Deletion removes all your routes, carriers, requests, and clients. Carriers paired to your account will see "access revoked" the next time their app syncs.
Ready to start?
Sign up takes about a minute. The free tier is enough to test the full carrier workflow with one device.
